Delete your data

The fastest way is inside the app: Settings, then Delete my data. If you no longer have the app, use this form.

What gets deleted: your first name, your profile, your consent records, your notification token, the videos made with your name and the audio of the girls saying it. Voice recordings are never kept: they are deleted right after your name is transcribed.

What stays: reports you sent about a video (with nothing linking them to you), and the purchase record Apple or Google keeps.

Your subscription is separate. Deleting data does not stop billing. Cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions).

Matched requests are processed immediately. Anything we cannot match is handled by a person within 7 days.
